This collection includes our intake trumpets for Weber and Dellorto carburetors, designed, developed, and manufactured by Bigorre Carburateur using technical 3D printing.

Intended for enthusiasts of classic cars, engine tuning, and historic racing, these trumpets are created from various tests of profiles, lengths, and geometries to optimize air intake according to the needs of each engine configuration.

Why install an intake trumpet?

The intake trumpet improves air entry into the carburetor by promoting smoother flow towards the venturi. Depending on its shape, length, and profile, it can help to:

As each engine and configuration can react differently, choosing the right trumpet is an important factor.

Technical material: PA-6 GF

Our trumpets are made from PA-6 GF (glass fiber reinforced polyamide), a material known for its mechanical qualities and good performance in an automotive environment.

It offers:

  • excellent rigidity
  • good mechanical resistance
  • good dimensional stability
  • good thermal resistance

This material is suitable for the engine environment, with resistance to high temperatures and peaks that can reach approximately 200°C depending on usage conditions and the formulation used.
